Delete Your DogLog Pro Account

You can request deletion of your DogLog Pro account and associated personal data at any time.

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your DogLog Pro account.

Use the subject line:

Please include the email address associated with your DogLog Pro account if it is different from the email address you are contacting us from.

We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion request.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your DogLog Pro account where reasonably possible, including:

• Account/profile information
• Dog profiles and associated records
• Training and activity logs
• Uploaded photos and documents
• Veterinary records you uploaded
• Trainer/client information associated with your account
• Other user-generated content associated with the account

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.

Any retained information will no longer be used to provide your active DogLog Pro account.

Deleting your DogLog Pro account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription.

Please cancel your subscription through the applicable app store before deleting your account if you do not want future subscription renewals.

We will process verified account-deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible.
