When contacting support, please include:

• The email address associated with your DogLog Pro account

• A short description of the problem

• What you were trying to do when the problem occurred

• A screenshot of the issue, if helpful

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive login information.

ACCOUNT DELETION

If you would like to delete your DogLog Pro account, please use the account deletion option inside the DogLog Pro app or visit our Delete Account page.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchased a DogLog Pro subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, subscription billing and cancellation are generally managed through the store where you made the purchase.

Deleting your DogLog Pro account does not necessarily cancel an active app-store subscription.
