DogLog Pro is operated by Top-Tier Pup Academy LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how DogLog Pro collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the DogLog Pro mobile application, website, and related services.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account Information
When you create a DogLog Pro account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account credentials, and other information you provide.
Dog and Training Information
DogLog Pro allows users to store information related to their dogs and training activities. This may include:
• Dog names, profiles, and photos
• Training logs
• Behavior notes
• Feeding, medication, exercise, potty, and weight records
• Training commands
• Training progress
• Client and trainer relationships
• Homework and training assignments
• Board and Train information
• Veterinary record information
• Other information you choose to enter into the app
Trainer and Client Information
Users of DogLog Pro's trainer features may store information about their clients, dogs, team members, training programs, and related business activities.
Contracts
DogLog Pro may allow trainers and clients to create, sign, and store training agreements. These records may include names, agreement information, initials, signatures, dates, and other information necessary to create and maintain the agreement.
Photos, Videos, and Files
DogLog Pro may allow you to select, capture, or reference photos, videos, veterinary documents, and other files from your device. Some media may remain stored locally on your device depending on the feature being used.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
• Provide and operate DogLog Pro
• Maintain your account
• Save and display your dog and training records
• Provide trainer and client features
• Provide team and invitation features
• Process training agreements and contracts
• Provide customer support
• Maintain account security
• Diagnose technical problems
• Improve the reliability and functionality of DogLog Pro
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
AUTHENTICATION AND DATA STORAGE
DogLog Pro uses third-party technology providers to help operate the service. Authentication services may be provided through Firebase.
DogLog Pro also uses server-based storage for account and application data. Some device-specific information and media references may also be stored locally on your device.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Paid DogLog Pro subscriptions may be processed through Google Play, the Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or other applicable platform providers.
DogLog Pro does not directly receive or store your full credit or debit card number when purchases are processed by these providers.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
INFORMATION SHARING
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate DogLog Pro, such as authentication, database, hosting, subscription-management, email, and infrastructure providers.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, protect our users or services, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect our legal rights.
TRAINERS AND CLIENTS
Some DogLog Pro features are designed to facilitate interactions between dog trainers and their clients.
Information you intentionally share through these features may be accessible to the trainer, client, or other authorized user involved in that relationship, depending on the feature.
DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information stored through DogLog Pro.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide DogLog Pro, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce agreements.
Certain signed or finalized agreements may be retained as business or legal records even after an account is deleted. Where appropriate, account lookup identifiers may be removed from retained records.
ACCOUNT DELETION
You may request deletion of your DogLog Pro account and associated data.
You may delete your account through the account deletion feature available within DogLog Pro or follow the instructions on our account deletion page.
Deleting your DogLog Pro account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions may need to be canceled separately through the platform where they were purchased.
When an account is deleted, we remove account-associated information that is no longer reasonably necessary to retain. Certain records may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
DogLog Pro is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through DogLog Pro, please contact us.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as DogLog Pro changes.
When we make changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this policy.
