These Terms of Service govern your use of DogLog Pro, operated by Top-Tier Pup Academy LLC.

By creating an account or using DogLog Pro, you agree to these Terms.

1. DOGLOG PRO

DogLog Pro provides tools designed to help dog owners, trainers, and their clients organize dog information, training records, activities, progress, and related information.

Certain features may be available only with specific subscription levels or account types.

2. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure of DogLog Pro's systems.

You may not attempt to access another user's account or information without authorization.

3. DOG TRAINING INFORMATION

DogLog Pro is a recordkeeping, organizational, and training-support tool.

Information provided through DogLog Pro is not a substitute for professional veterinary care or other qualified professional advice.

Dog behavior and training involve inherent risks. Users remain responsible for making appropriate decisions regarding their dogs, training methods, equipment, environments, and interactions with people and animals.

4. VETERINARY AND HEALTH INFORMATION

DogLog Pro may allow users to record information related to medications, weight, veterinary records, feeding, exercise, and other health-related information.

DogLog Pro does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding medical questions or concerns about an animal.

5. TRAINERS AND CLIENTS

DogLog Pro may provide features that allow trainers and clients to share information, manage training relationships, assign homework, send invitations, or maintain training records.

DogLog Pro is not responsible for the conduct, services, representations, or performance of independent trainers, clients, or other users.

6. CONTRACTS

DogLog Pro may provide tools that allow trainers and clients to prepare, review, sign, and maintain training agreements.

The parties using a contract are responsible for reviewing and understanding the agreement before signing it.

DogLog Pro does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a particular agreement is appropriate, enforceable, or legally sufficient for a particular user or jurisdiction.

Signed or finalized agreements may be retained as business or legal records.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some DogLog Pro features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, billing periods, trial availability, and renewal terms are displayed through the applicable purchase platform.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are generally managed by that platform.

Unless otherwise stated by the applicable platform, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

Deleting your DogLog Pro account does not necessarily cancel your subscription.

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through the platform where it was purchased.

8. FREE TRIALS AND COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS

Eligible users may receive a free trial or complimentary access.

Trial eligibility, duration, billing, and renewal may depend on the applicable app store or subscription provider.

Some clients may receive complimentary access through participating trainers. Complimentary access may expire automatically and may not include all features available through a paid professional subscription.

9. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you submit to DogLog Pro.

You grant DogLog Pro the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, or share content submitted through your account.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use DogLog Pro to:

• Violate applicable law

• Access another user's information without authorization

• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the service

• Upload malicious software or harmful content

• Abuse invitations, accounts, or subscription systems

• Attempt to bypass access restrictions or subscription requirements

• Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We work to keep DogLog Pro reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

DogLog Pro relies on third-party services for portions of its functionality, which may include authentication, hosting, databases, subscriptions, app-store distribution, email, and other infrastructure.

Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access to DogLog Pro when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service.

Users may request account deletion through DogLog Pro's account deletion process.

14. DISCLAIMERS

DogLog Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee specific dog-training results, behavior outcomes, business results, or uninterrupted availability of the service.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top-Tier Pup Academy LLC and DogLog Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of DogLog Pro.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. CHANGES TO DOGLOG PRO OR THESE TERMS

We may update DogLog Pro and these Terms as the service develops.

If these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date may be changed accordingly.

Continued use of DogLog Pro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
